full LeoVince install problem??

Okay i have searched and am stuck. I am installing a full LeoVince exhaust on my 07 and am having issues with how to hook up the servo/butterfly valve to the midpipe. Does anyone know how this works and pics to do it? This is the only thing holding me back.

PM me if you have a red clip for an Arai side pod.

Are you being serious the round piece that has the 2 cables going to the flapper valve. I was told that was what it is called.

PM me if you have a red clip for an Arai side pod.

Just checked all the install instructions for full systems from there site and none of them include the use of the servo/cables/valve.

I have a KR tuned and I just left the motor in place and took the cables off it.

^So that's probably why you need the Power Commander. I just didn't know if it would throw up the FI light. I guess I'm good then and I can start to hookup my PCIII. Unless there is something else guys?

PM me if you have a red clip for an Arai side pod.

You can disconnect the cables from the servo under the seat, but don't disconnect the module as it will throw a light.

Okay well I just started it up and it sounds like it is popping and it almost looks like the header isn't flush with the block should it? Or does it set off a little bit? I also haven't installed the PCIII and was wondering if that is the reason it sounds that way.

PM me if you have a red clip for an Arai side pod.

Pretty much installed waiting on a set of new studs for the block since I broke one. Figured I'd replace them all while it's apart. Then I can map it.

PM me if you have a red clip for an Arai side pod.

^^ make sure you remove your copper exhaust manifold gaskets if need-be, otherwise they'll leak everytime. also, when installing the new studs, you don't need to torque them down at all, pretty much just hand tight. check your service manual for the torque for the nuts- it's isn't much.

when installing and removing studs, nuts, etc... always make sure the engine is stone cold.
