Incorrectly Connected PCIII

Could any damage happen due to having the PCIII connected up to the secondary injectors. The reason I ask is I picked up an 08 600RR new from a Honda/ Harley shop last October and they installed a Yosh RS-5 Slip on and a PCIII. I just turned 4100 miles on it. It started running wierd so I decided to disconnect the PCIII to see if conditions changed. Well when I took it apart, I noticed right away that the PCIII was hooked up to the secondary injectors. I put 4100 miles on it this way. Funny thing, I dont even know what kind of map the dealer put on it. this is the first bike I have owned that had a PCIII. Any Ideas if anything bad could have happened with it being run like this? Thanks for any help or advice.

I've read about a few others who had them on the wrong injectors without much happening.

I would go back to the dealer that installed it and let them know there error.

i wouldn't think it would have hurt anything. Anything is possible though. Logical thinking would be that instead of altering the fuel map of the primary's it was changing the secondary's.

Won't hurt anything but if it had one of our maps in it I can't imagine it would have ran very well!!!
