K&N and no PCIII?

I'm about to start de-moding my bike to sell it. Repairable stock fairings coming off for new ones that I have had for about a year, Lowering link with shock and modified kickstand and for the reason of this post My PCIII and Leo Vince SBK Carbon slip-on. I have a K&N that I'm just going to leave in there. Whan I put the stock exhaust back on and take the PCIII out will it be ok to leave the K&N in? Or should I pull it out too and put a stock fliter back in?

Alright, I just didn't want the bike running too lean.
