Nope a 05-06 slip on will not fit a 03-04 only a full system from a 05-06 will work on the older model.

yeah, i was S****** about when i have a 05 CBR and the slip on was for a 04 system, i tried everything to try and make it fit bit nope, diff mounting etc points, and the tubing is diff sizes. ie one is longer by a few cm/inch and thus couldnt work out.

Happy fitting, ooh btw remember to buy a new gasket for the slip on, makes it better to have a new one in place, and just in case you reck the current one in the pipe. its only like $8 but better to be safe then sorry :)

Sorry to bump an old thread, but how about visa versa.. I found a full system for an 03/04 for a good price, anybody know how difficult it would be to make it fit on an 05/06?

Full systems work so long as the exhaust hanger uses the rear subframe bolt for the mount.
