New Exhaust!

Hi all!
I really want to scrap my stock exhaust and pick up a new one.
I'm currently looking at Big Gun/Leo/Yoshi.
I want a good sound,
more on the loud side but not obnoxious.
Horsepower > Sound though!

Big Gun ($229)
Leo ($368)
Yoshi ($327)

Is big gun poor quality?
I would eventually like to upgrade to a full system,
but a slip on is going to have to be good enough for this year.
Anyone know of cheaper prices than these?
Suggestions!

Are you only doing a slip? If so, no matter what you go with, you're not going to get a lot of horsepower.

Post #2 look at the date lol 1969. And if you want good sound look into Jardine, Akra, arkrapovic, and quality a with better R&D will cost a Lil more but better in the long run. And I would just save up for a full system because some of the header won't fit on a slip on

Well im thinking a cheap slip on (big gun/jardine) ?
Basically a street bike. Nowhere near the level to track.
Just hateee stock sound.
I'm leaving towards big gun because i actually do like the sound.
But afraid of quality because they're so cheap :/
Can I get headers to fit it?
And what's up with the catalytic converter?
Do the slip ons or full exhausts make this look any better?

Go with the yoshi rs-5 they're sick, but as aforementioned with a slip-on horespower is not going to be anything really. You need full system for the horse power.

Rockhillcbr will know more, but I believe the arrow headers will fit it.

Will the arrow headers match the Big Gun exhaust?
Is there a way to get rid of that nasty catalytic converter?
What's the easiest way to find a good tuner?
I live in the middle of nowhere in Ohio. :/
Am I going to have to have it remapped?
(no clue what remapping really is)

Columbus is your best choice for a dyno. The only way to get rid of the cat is to put on arrow headers.
