heat shield with stainless exhaust

I just recently purchased a leo vince stainless slip-on exhaust and i was wondering if it was nessasary to keep it on since its not titanium or carbon, which have been indicated to not produce that much heat.

You don't need it. I don't use the heat shield with my leo.

you don't ned it, as said ^^^^^^^^^

the stock pipe is so restrictive it gets hot. a race can isn't and doesn't.

Alright, thanks guys. I was just wondering because sometimes i have to travel 500 km in one trip (with stops).
