exhaust piece

not sure if i posted in the right part of the forum but does anyone know where i can get the clamp or strap that holds the two brothers slip-on under the tail. or is it even needed?

yeah you'll need it to keep the exhaust from flopping all over the place. Might have to contact 2br directly to get one

I bought a length of flat aluminum from a hardware store when the strap for my Jardine fell off. I believe dimensions were around 1/16" thick, 1" wide and maybe 3' long if I remember correctly. Cost was ~$3. I posted a thread with photos around here somewhere. I think it actually looks better than the original strap.
Some people have also used a metal ruler for this.



In this photo I also wrapped the aluminum with 3M di-noc.
