How to reduce noise from Yoshi RS5?

I've currently got a Yoshi RS5 which was in need of re-packing as it was measuring 112DB here at my local track in the U.K and sounding very raspy!

I've re-packed it today using stranded glass fibre but it still sounds just as loud as before... I'm a little confused why it's still being mentally loud! So I'm gonna be doing it again. I compressed the fibres real tight inside the can, is that the best way to do it or will it be better being loose inside the can?

Any advice on the best way or material to try making it quieter? It needs to be below 102DB so I can get on track.

Thanks

Mine came with a silencer/baffle. I'm not sure if they all come with it but I got mine from Motorcycle-Superstore. Carbon Fiber and its just a slip-on.

I have a 2007 CBR600RR.

It looks like this:

Sorry ment to say that I've got a removable baffle but it only knows a few DB's off the sound level which isn't enough...

It's the standard baffle that comes with the oval tipped yoshi's, the 1 with 2 circle holes in it.

My only thoughts with a different, quiter baffle is that it'll be heavily restricting exhaust gases to make it quieter which is why i'd prefer trying to repack it again..
