Identify Arrow Exhaust

Bought this bike a couple years ago from prev owner. Full Arrow SS system with carbon can. It's louder than our stupid noise bylaws allow so I figured I'd put the DB killer in it before I get it dyno'd again this year.

Pretty sure its the Indy system. Can't seem to find any marking on the can itself to verify which DB kill part No I need to order (Except for an E92 marking). Anyone know how to identify them, or if the DB killer is universal?

Edit: I don't have any pics on my phone so I can put them up tonight if needed.

I think DB Killer/baffles are universal - as long as the can is straight, they just work. I'm not sure how it affixes to the outlet ring but assume there's some universal way of doing that as well.

edit: Do be wary that there are some baffles that are straight, and some with that 30 degree kickdown at the end for older pipes that have that outlet design.

Assuming you have an 09-12 (The links and part numbers may be different for earlier years)

It looks like there are 2 possible part numbers for the DB Killer, either 5930027 or 5930032, the retaining clips are also different. I think the difference is the full system has a larger diameter pipe than if you buy the slip-on and header separate but don't quote me on that.

Here are some of the parts list for the 09-12 exhaust systems they offer.

Arrow Exhaust 09-12 CBR600RR

Arrow Exhaust Spare Parts

Arrow "EVO" Full Exhaust Spare Parts

Arrow Competition Full Exhaust Spare Parts

2012 CBR600RR Black - Tripage IT STD, Black Powder Coated Subframe, Rear Pegs, and Rearset with LED turn signals in pegs and LED brake lights in the subframe all modded by Tripage, Proton Flushmounts, ZG Double Bubble Windscreen, Arrow Titanium with Carbon Tip - Modified by Tripage, Tripage Dual Headlight MOD.

I have a spare baffle. If it fits and you're in the US I'll ship it to you for cost of shipping.

I've had a lot of experience with their parts diagrams lately talking with others about the mid-pipe to header clamps lol

If you can measure your tail pipe opening and I can tell you if it's the same as mine (I have the slip on with stock headers)

Then you should be able to tell if you need a different one.

It's for an 07, I was looking at the spare part breakdown this morning. Really only need the clip and silencer, part #23 and #24. Cross checking part numbers now.

I'm in Canada so not sure what shipping would be here, thanks for the offer though.

Well after comparing part numbers it looks like the 07-12 uses the same snap ring and DB killer across the board. So I should probably be just fine ordering those two parts with my next shipment of stuff.

I'll double check the outlet diameter when I get home to be 100% sure but i think it will work.

If that's the case shipping won't be much but it may take a week or two.

Mine was off the 08 and I have the snap ring too I think.

Not sure if you ever ended up measuring your tailpipe but I thought about it the other day again and mine was just under 2" at the outlet so I would call it 2"

Been MIA for a couple of weeks. Apparently I need the snap ring db killer and the end cap or the db killer will just be tossed out of the end from what arrow had said to the arrow dealer.

From the measurements its about a 2" diameter so pretty much the same pipe.

For the price quoted its almost as much as a new slip on + mid pipe. Long story short, going to part out the street stuff and get my baby setup for the track this winter.
