Arata Exhaust Bracket 03/04

I just installed my Arata exhaust yesterday. The bracket I recieved that holds up the can is kinda big and does not fit around the can snugly. There was a good amount of gap on both sides between the bracket and the can, therefore, I had to tighten up the bracket a lot to eliminate some of the gap. Did I get the wrong bracket from Arata or do others experience this as well?

correct me if I am wrong, but can't you put both ends of the clamp on the same side of the sub frame? say, put them on the left? That looks like it would center the pipe more, and close that gap.

you're a genius!!! i just did what you suggested and the bracket fits perfect now! plus, it also helped straighten out the exhaust a little bit. if you were here, i would buy you a beer. thanks!!!
