Exclamation Problem With Arrow Full Race In A 04'

Hi everybody. I've installed an arrow full race titanium in a 600rr04' af a friend of mine and we have a problem with the coolant reservoir, the headers are really really near and melt it. What can i do? somebody has been in same trouble? please help me if you can.
Thanks a lot

you could throw some heat rap around the header pipe thats coming close but personally I'd just remove the reservoir. Both my and my buds bike have the res taken off - you just have to be more careful about filling it to the right level. Just my $0.02 - good luck!

You do not want to wrap a Ti exhaust. It will become very brittle and could break very easily.

"Tin Air Duct tape" used for air ventilation.

Same stuff that on the lower part of the reservoir.

Should be able to get it at any hardware store.

Not trying to jack ya, but sounds like you're trying to fit the wrong pipe to the bike. Arrow cuts stuff close, but melting parts is out of their character.
