Ok boys. I'm impatient with mods and I have the urge to just do them. Here it goes!
Ceph hit it right on the spot totally! Basically cutting the last bend in the midpipe will make it fit pretty damn close. I'm going to probly have the stock flange cut off and welded onto the new pipe. I used a hammer to lightly hit the midpipe where it sits near the swingarm so it doesnt hit that at all.
The battery tray is also getting in the way just a tiny bit. I'm sure a little convincing is possible with the hammer there too. I will actually be ordering some header wrap and do the whole entire pipe since I wont be using the heat shields anymore.
A quick note for those taking off your stock exhaust! In the midpipe where it connects to the header, there is some kinda ring, and I dont think its rubber and I don't even know what to describe it as, but you need that piece to seal up the header.
