2009 full exhaust on 2008 cbr600rr fiyment5

Hello everyone,
Yesterday i made the mistake of ordering my full yoshimura exhaust online and i accedently purchased the <2009 setup I ride a 2008 cbr600rr. I have been looking around to find out exactly what the difference is. I have verified that the part number is different, and i can only find that a bracket for the mid pipe will be 1 inch off. Does anyone know if i can just make a adapter?

When i orrdered the exhaust the company recieved the invoice, processed it and then closed for the weekend. i could not cancel my order fast enough, so if it wont work i have to pay to ship it back.

Differences between 08 and 09 should be relatively small. I had an 09 Akrapovic slip on my 08. A bracket was off by a little and couldnt be used. But generally, it was the same exact setup and the major brackets fit spot on. The bracket that couldn't be used made very little difference. I would think this is the same case for you.

But if you're in doubt you can always return and get the correct one.
