Installed my Jardine (pic)

Also removed all the crap out back. Soon I will replace the signals. So far really love the new look and SOUND. It's the RT-1 Race, and it's loud.

I know to each his own, but why is it that the exhaust manufacturer's make a product that doesn't look aesthetically correct on a bike? It's not just the jardine, but many others as well. It looks like a big ol' hemorroid hanging out the rear w/ a big sticker on it!

It does stick out quite far, but I'm afraid to mess with it (cutting pipe to shorten) because I don't want to melt the tail light area. It gets hot as it is.

yeah yeah yeah, who cares!? You're right though, the QC that most of these aftermarket parts companies have just outright sux!

Yeah killer can! Jardine's sound great! I didn't wear earplugs right away but wouldn't leave the house without them now.

+1 on ear plugs. I installed mine last week and rode on the highway for a few miles without them, and man, my ears were ringing.

No, not kidding. You should try some once. You can still hear the motor really well.

Nice.

Curious.. A friend got one of those and we both can feel a extra vibration on the bike. I can hardly notice it but it’s there…. She likes it.

Did you notice any extra vibration… is it typical with all slip-ons?

No vibration at all. If anything, bike feels smoother as it revs.

Dang dude, you must have some hearing loss already. When I take mine out on the interstate and stay around 75 to 80 mph, all you can hear are your ears ringing.

I recently started wearing earplugs. WOW it sure makes a difference! Makes it so much more enjoyable to ride!! Especially on the freeway, zero to little wind noise! And you can still hear the engine completely. You can still hear the engine great. I could drive the bike completely fine even if I could not hear the engine at all. You can feel it....be one with the bike. :)

PS: Hell of a nice camera and damn good looking bike bro!

I had my pipe for about a year now. Wait till you put more miles through it. It gets a tad bit louder. i too have been wearing plugs, never ride without them.
