Question antisieze use on 07 akra slip on install?

So I`m installing a used slip on on my 2007 RR and akrapovics website installation says to "coat the interior of the clamp"with antisieze.Whats the point of coating the clamp when you can just unscrew it and loosen it in the future? I think they meant to say coat the interior of the connecting pipe with antisieze before pushing it OVER the bikes exhaust piping.Any advice?

Also I never got the akrapovic clamp with it and the stock one is to large in diameter to work.Any issues with using a normal band clamp?
Or do I order Ackrapovics P-R13 clamp to do it right the first time.Hope someone can help.Been waiting all winter for spring to get this muffler on.

Coating the interior of the clamp with anti seize is to prevent the clamp from corroding onto the pupe
