Red face PCIII memory backup?

OK so when you toast you battery on your bike by being in a hurry and leaving your keys in when your late for work, does the PCIII lose the map that is on it?? It would make sense for it to have some kind of backup battery but man ever since my bikes been running crappy!!

So I tell the wife i am going yak-fishing. She then asks me if yak fish are good to eat???:headscrat

The PCIII stores the map in memory. You won't loose anything...

But you should keep a backup copy of your map on another hard drive.

I am going to bring my ipod and store a copy of my custom map (when done) so I have it on a source seperate from my hard drive. U never know when computer gremlins can and will rear thier ugly little heads.

Don't use a flash drive. To easy to erase or loose.

Or click on "Get Map" once you're connected to download the PC map to your HD.
