Akrapovic Hexagonal Sexiness Syndrome

Anyone else experiencing symptoms with AHSS?

I saw this setup on a Kawi Racer at the bike show and I pictured it under the fender of the RR. It would fit perfectly I imaged. The shape is so similar to the RR's stock can. It's beautiful. Anybody have pics of this exhaust installed on their bike (I wanna see it without the heat shield)? Sexiness!

The can sounds AMAZING, and the pictures I took really don't do it justice...

It looks like he has a jacket on over his leathers and the wind is causing it to pull back at the neck. That's my guess. Anyone else?

It looks like he has a hooded sweatshirt on top of his leathers.

Do prices for aftermarket stuff (like exhausts) go down when new bike models come out?

Like will the 05-06 exhausts depreciate in price when the 07 bikes roll out?

not usually until a few models (years after)... as cost of manufacturing is still the same. once the manufacturing slows down... inventory is lowered... prices go down on maybe the 03-04 stuff... but not yet.

cheers... nick - mri
