Baffle in 2bro exhaust?

I recently bought an 04 600rr with a 2 bros carbon m5 exhaust. The exhaust cam with baffle in it, when i unscrewed the exhaust tip to take it out it was inthere with some kind of adhesive situation so it would come out. Does anyone know how to get this out without doing any damage? Thanks fo the help.

Turn the pipe over and stuff a broom handle down it.
