Tune for Akrapovic

Hey guys and gals, not too sure if this should go in this subtopic or the exhaust/ fuel delivery subtopic, but back to business. When I first purchased my 03 600RR I asked the guy at the dealership (mistake numero uno) what gas they've been putting in the bike. He said regular, going against my gut instinct I've been putting regular in it (mistake numero dos). Finally I decided I was going to do a full tune-up and once I change my oil and plugs I was going to use premium gas. I have a full akrapovic system and still need to change my air filter before I do a full tune but for now does anyone have any suggestions on a base tune I can use? Should I just wait to change my filter and then get it dyno-tuned somewhere? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using a Bazzaz or Dynojet FI system?
