Throttle body position sensor.Help Please

Running a Power Commander, Full Akra exhaust on a 2009 600RR. Just got an 8 short flashes indicator from the check engine light and the bike started sputtering. I believe the coding is "throttle body position sensor" As anyone experienced this? What did you do correct this? Ive only had the bike for 6 months. Street rider and not aggressive. The power commander was disconnected up until 1 month ago and the issue just stared two days ago. Any constructive/informative input will be greatly appreciated...Thanks,

Try reflashing the stock map or removing the PC and see if that fixes the issue. It's more than likely the electronics, not the mechanics.
Also please don't double post.

Best would probably be the Troubleshooting section, but Engine Tech is close enough.
