Help identify this bolt / fastener

This is behind the stator cover underneath the flywheel. What is this bolt/fastener called and what does it do? This is on a 2007 CBR600rr.

Fiche doesn't point it out as its own part; I think it may be a 'freeze plug' that exists because of the casting. Doesn't seem to be attached to anything.

Thanks for the response. After you confirmed that it was not attached to anything, I pulled it out and it appears to be the end of an oil channel that goes to the other side of the engine, maybe to the oil pan? it has holes in the top of the tube to allow oil into it.

I tried to get a pic of the inside.

Much thanks!
