First, please re read what you type before hitting submit...You are all over the place in your post...

Second, have you done the regular maintenance on the bike? how many miles on it?

Please write better sentences in the future.

How many miles on the bike?
Maintained regularly?
When the MIL light comes on, how many blinks?

At first I thought the idle position....but I've read it again a few times and am now thinking that as well.

When the bike dies at idle, is the FI light on constantly or does it blink?

It blink a long blink for 10 seconds and shuts off and some times the sound of the bike changes and doesn't go up 8000 rpm it like two cylinders shutdown i don't know if that related to the fi problem

I'm not 100% sure about the 2003 because mine was a 2010 but from what I understand, these bikes have a "limp mode" that is triggered by the ECU when a sensor is sending a signal outside of a pre-set range.

Without knowing more about any modifications as well as the history of the bike, I'm afraid this is about as helpful as I can be...but I encourage you to get a multimeter and start checking out the wiring harness for "continuity"

I wish I could be more helpful, but I don't know the bike's history.
