2015 crankcase & speedo

As with all my bikes I buy them written-off. I have as much fun riding them as I do fixing them. Looking for answers to the following so I can do my last parts order.

Is the crankcase/clutch cover the same part as of 2009 - 2016? I understand Honda tend to give every year its own part number even though the parts remain the same from year to year.

Secondly, Speedo cluster. Is this the same as per 2007 - 2016. My new bike doesn't have ABS and that's all I could think of that wouldn't cross between the years. Either that or if some nice fellow has the 2015 speedo pin-out they could attach would be great. I have the pin-out for 2007 so can reference the two.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I thought the 600rr forums kings would chime in?

for those who want answers to the above....

Crankcase cover is the same from 2009-2016. The crankcase inspection plug/cap is the same for 600 & thousands.

The speedo should arrive in the next few weeks. It's from a 2007 but needed for 2015. Once it arrives I will draw up the pin-outs/schematics for people to do the conversion. I will also show how to make an oscillator so you can add miles to the speedo to match the old.

Stay tuned.

ok people so the crankcase is the same. they have variation between the years but very slight, so 08 up works a treat.

Speedo is the same and universal. Installed and just added a gear indicator. wasn't hard and nicely hidden as part of the instrument cluster.

I'd be interested in your oscillator to add miles to the new odo. I assume you just need a pulse of some small voltage and let the miles tick up. I wonder what the max frequency is that you can send the signal and the odo still reads it.
