08 cbr600rr -Chattering sound and rough idle

Can someone help me identify the cause of this "chattering" sound on my bike and the rough idle? The sound is mostly on the right -hand side of the bike, .. Sorry about the shitty camera , i will see if i can upload a better quality later. take a listen

CCT usually makes noise at 3000-5000 RPM. Does it go away when you hold it at a higher RPM?
