High RMP missing

Afternoon all, I have a 07-12 600RR, not sure the exact age. It runs great at low rpms and has no trouble reaching high but, when it hits the high RPM's it starts to miss and lose power. If I let off the gas, the RPM's will come back. I have replaced the filter, fuel pump, voltage rec/reg with no luck. Plugs look clean, almost too clean. Is there a sensor that might be causing this?
Any way to check all 8 injectors and coils?
Thanks for any assistance.

What type of fuel pump did you get? I had this same problem and rebuilt a couple of OEM used fuel pumps off ebay. This comes up often and is usually the fuel pump. Do you have a manual? If not, I can see if I can look up the specs on the coils. Also, what about running half a can of fuel injector cleaner on your next ride?

Also, what RPM approximately is the bike cutting out at?

First time rider over 40. Finally made it!

I am using an off the shelf auto pump. I know it sound weird, but the motor is setting in my mini sprint car. I have it regulated to 50 PSI with fuel pressure gauge at block. Cutting out around 9500. Don't know if this engine came with a O2 sensor or not. Not one on it. You are correct, even though I show 50 psi, still might be pump. Thanks for reply, new to the moto engines.
