Lot of sound when shifting gear

I ride a 2007 600RR. Recently did oil change, Mobil 1. Whenever i shift gears i feel it is load. I try my best to shift it smoothly but i could still hear some sound. When I shift from nutral to 1st, it makes the shifting sound and a slight jerk. Is it normal or some problem with the gear box. But it always shifts correctly and properly. Only the sound bothers me. It might be normal or i might not be shifting it correctly.
I recently bought the bike so not sure how it used to shift earlier.

The shifting from neutral to first is normal, the other gears I would have to hear. From neutral to first there is always a movement on the bike.

First time rider over 40. Finally made it!

No, just video. It sounds normal. Might be your clutch isn't adjusted enough but that is just a guess. A video and seeing the movement will help determine if it's normal.

Ok. I will take a video and will upload it.

Today i was in a motogp mood and was reving it. :) I noticed that at higher RPM when I was shifting gear from 1st to 2nd i felt a slight friction(not smooth) when it moved from nuetral to 2nd. Shifting to other gears were fine.
