How do you plan to break in your new bike?

Hey everyone. This goes to all the new riders joining the forum. A huge debate rages over how to break-in a motorcycle. So, am curious: how do you break in your bikes? If you have never had a new bike, then how would you break it in?

I have two bikes, first one went very easy - no action for the first 1000 km. It dyno's low compared to other bikes from the same dyno.

Second bike - broke in fast and hard, scores high on the dyno compared to others.

I will be going fast and hard from now on.

Why this is in the new member area

Just proactively why I posted this here:

New members, a lot of them, have new bikes, and I think this is an interesting topic for that purpose.

Regards,

J~
