Animal Flex

Has anyone tried Universal's Animal Flex? http://www.animalpak.com/html/sections.cfm?id=60

I am training for my second triathlon and did something to my left knee joint. The PE teacher at the Middle School I work at swears by Animal Flex for joint supplements. Just wondering if anyone has ever tried it. If not, I'll give you a report a bit later. There are 44 packs of 8 pills so I will have to swallow quite a few pills!!

I use the Animal Pump which is a pre-workout stim pak and the Animal Pak which is just a group of multi-vitamins.

I have had great results with Animal products. The pump worked great and the Pak is a good group as well. So Id have to say that Flex works pretty well. Usually if a company has one or more product(s) that is excellent the rest of their stuff is pretty good. Id say go for it. Universal gets thumbs up from me.

I didn't really feel any different with Animal Pump/Pak.

Regular glucosimine chon worked well for me, it did take about a month though for me to feel a difference.
