No CA days, so I voted no. If I moved I'd consider it.

Yes, because the group that I ride with are and I rely on them to get my bike to the track. So, if I want to ride on the track, it is worth it for the number of trackdays I do.

Where is the "no way in hell I'd be a NESBA member" choice?

TMP is far better the NESBA.

They are both good NESBA and Team Promotion but donít leave out Champion Sport Bike Club. I ride with all three and yes the people are different from group to group but each group has some sick riders who are open to teach you if willing to listen.

I have several buddies that belong and love it, but since they don't do any dates in Fla I would not register.

Groups are dependent on the track, but I don't have an issue with the group size. Ever see a amateur 600 race, now that is a packed track. Track days are about exploring your limits at a controlled environment and I think NESBA does a great job providing that envirnment. If you have any doubts sign up for their FREE intro session or ride out to a track and check them out

Nesba's membership fee is lower than some clubs depending on the level you sign up but their daily fees are higher than most. And they are all over the place geographicallly, so trying to do a consistent # of days with them is just a challenge for me considering I live in NJ.

NESBA also stands for North East Sport Bike Association but it doesn't seem like they spend much time inthe actual northeast anymore.

If they had more dates that worked for my schedule with the tracks I wanted to rice I'd probably do a day here and there with them. But my schedule is much more compatible with Team Promotion's and I have been doing days with them for the last 3 years and love it.

One of these days I'll give them a shot though.

Yes, www.sportbiketracktime.com They have multiple trackday dates at Willow Springs, and Thunderhill, and also do Laguna Seca.

I am an STT member (SportbikeTrackTime) and like them much more than NESBA. They boast 20% smaller rider limits for less crowded trackdays, and they have over 100 events at 27 tracks around the country. Plus, it costs only $30 for a yearly membership (NEBSA is $75 I believe), and you get your STT member t-shirt without having to badger them to send it to you. Monte and Bonnie are great people and their track coaches (at least in the Midwest) are awesome as well.

For you Florida people, STT does trackdays at Moroso, Jennings, and Homestead.

Hey,

I got in just under the wire. I just signed up yesterday and didn't even realize that it could benefit the site...or that this poll existed for that matter...

Look out Barber..(and anyone else unfortunate enough to be on the track with me...cause i'm slow)....here I come...

I've got to tell you - I have been a member of NESBA for one year. Their track day costs are outlandish. I can ride on the same track for $100 less with Sportbiketracktime.com. What gives?

Where can you ride with STT for $100 less than Nesba?Just look at what STT is charging for Barber on Sept 10th and 11th $445 for 2 days trying to make it right by saying a 4 Hour tour of the museum is included, well when i was there the museum tour was $10 or $20 i can't remember. When would you even be able to fit that in on a track day anyway?

Nesba is goin' to Barber on Aug 20th and 21st and you can get both days for $355,i know on the site it says $185 a day but if you do both days they drop $15.

So again how do you figure you save $100 through STT?I'm a member of both STT and Nesba BTW.

No I havent signed up and wouldnt because it doesnt matter how long you have been doing track days with other organizations they still want to stick you in beginner or intermediate and watch you ride for 2 or 3 weekends. I have better ways of spending $400, like at Jenningsgp, where i dont have to ride behind someone and them tell me how fast i can go. Ive been riding since 1996 and a can figure out the way around a track. Im not Rossi or anything but I can keep up in a safe manner.
