Neither, I would keep the stocker and put that money somewhere else where it is more useful. Those BMC filters cost just a lil less than a track day, and that would be more worth it I think.
If someone gave me the choice for free I guess it would be the BMC.

I got the K&N just so I could allow the butt dyno to say hmmm it helped lol. I chose the K&N bc I wasnt familiar with BMC and others out there until I got on this site.

Didn't Birdman say the only filter better than stock is the BMC "Race" version?
