What's your Noob habit you can't break?

C'mon we all have them-

For me(and I remember reading something about this being Noob on this site), I just LOVE to hear that exhaust growling- Gotta rev it @ lights, stuck in traffic in an overpass, empty tunnels(Brooklyn battery Late night is the BEst!!!)-

Just wanted to know some of the other faves....

Haha, yeah I've got that one too. I do like the way it sounds, but I actually use it more for when I'm in traffic just letting people know I'm there, since I've just got the stock pipe on.

looking at the little lines going by and not paying attention ahead of me (soo sooo bad)

Never argue with stupid people. They will drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience
Don't argue with an idiot; people watching may not be able to tell the difference.

The horn thing does make you feel stupid. Also sometimes wheh I am at a stoplight and re-aligning myself on the bike, once I kicked the shifter into gear and felt like a bull rider trying to hang on, and doing so I hit the horn and drew even more attention to my stupid act...Hitting the starter button instead of the horn and having your lights flash off and on is another.

7th gear owns me, and forgetting to put the kickstand up a few times and shifting into first.. it always reminds me of that movie "the cutting edge"..

...TOEPICK! :)

Thats me right there. When I need the horn, I can't find the damn thing. When I don't, I hit it left and right. Its hilarious.

I horn thing still gets me every now and again, but not too often. The first day I rode it I bet I did 3 times in 5 minutes. 7th gear sometimes when I don't remember to keep track. Wouldn't it be helpful if in the cluster it just listed what gear you were in, like a rally car? Not that it's always necessary but sometimes it would be nice to just be able to look down and know for sure without thinking about it.

Mine is waiting behind 3 cars at the light, and knowing in my head I can pass them up, and then watch some other riders pass by to get in front, then I go and follow them to the front.. gosh I'm still a noob..then as we go on the green light I think to myself what a dumb F*@# I am..
