Powdercoat or Not????

Here is a most recent picture of my bike. What I am wondering is if I should powdercoat the can flat black??? Is this something that is going set the bike off from everyone else or is it going to just be to much??

Thanks. T

Bike will be entered into BOTM as soon as my custom rotors are done!!!!

Personally I'd leave it as-is. I think a little contrast is good.

I'd leave the can as is too. All blacked out looks sick but there is a limit on everything. I want to powdercoat everything you have already but am going to leave the can its natural color.

id say leave it.....the color of the can accentuates the silver of the wings.
unless your bike was all black....then i would powdercoat it to give the bike a stealthy look.

i say leave it, or trade it for someone who has a CF can.
That one dude in DFW wanted to trade he has the same can in CF.

id still leave it at that....not to dawg your idea snik, CF is good. but i dont notice/see any CF on his ride. if he goes that route.....it would look out of place imo, then he would have to compliment the CF with other CF parts/stuff. then it could get more costly or jus stray from away from his original idea(s)/plan(s)....jus my 0.02. =D

Naw, i dunno bout all that.
tell you what, if you can do the can and make it come out with a fine smooth texture like them Arata exhausts, then do it.
But either way you do it, do you have to dis-assemble the can to powdercoat it?
how much would you charge to do it, i want a black can.

looking at it for a while, i think if you can pull the canister apart, powdercoat the long brushed finished part, and leave the ends as is, then it'll look dope.

hmmm you talkin bout black from the front fading to the back of the can with the honda wings on the part that is not powdercoated, like the microns?? thats what im assuming. i dunno bout that either. im tryin to picture it in my head. and even if you tape it off and have it half black and half silver...i think both ways will look off imo. i dunno maybe im misinterpreting what your askin.
