Need your musical opinion

I'm workin on trying to make some hip-hop beats. It is a new interest of mine. I'm hoping to find someone later to put lyrics over them. Here's my most recent creation. Can you tell me if you like it?

sounds more like a soundtrack to a movie (maybe because no lyrics) but it sounds good.

yea, not having lyrics changes the dynamics and affects how it sounds, its hard to look past that, but if you can try, itll make for more effective listening

Not too bad man. It does have a dark way about it that makes it work. Nice beat too.

Sounds like something off of The Matrix soundtrack. I like it but it could use a little more work.

i like it alot, but the keyboard/piano sound doesn't sound right to me. it sound too soft. maybe you should use diffrent tones for that, make them stronger.

u use fl??? i do also.. check my myspace for some old stuff.. not bad.. but it could be mastered to sound alot better. remeber, in the end the mastering is what makes it dope. the beat is just the idea, the mastering is the soul and life. take that laffytaffy song, i bet 5 u can make it in 2 mins, but to master it, that takes alot of time.. pm sometime, maybe we can do a joint track.

Good start. I like the dark eerie feel it has to it. As the song progresses you need to keep adding more layers to it.

No need for vocals. Keep it instrumental.

That is straight from a Depeche Mode song! Rip off, sorry. I think it's a slower version of, I'm taking a ride with my best friend or Strange Love...not sure.

Voted like it, but the keyboard part could use some fine tuning. It just sounds off to me, like it's too light-hearted to accompany the bass line. Needs to be a little more hard core. Bass line is sweet.

Just a humble opinion, hope it helps.
