I just want to buy a bike have the all parts ready to go for it. Even when I bought my 05 I had to wait for certain parts to become available for it because they were slightly different from the 03-04.
Think about how long I will have to wait for race glass on the new RR...psht.

I bet you'll be clicking off the same lap times with or without it. And race plastic doesn't take that long to come out. All the 600 supersport guys will be using them in the AMA. IMO, 07 600RR is the perfect track Beast right out the box..

07 RR!!!! You dont want a Duc for the track, parts would be way too expensive! BTW, I bet the 07 will look sweet with track bodywork. I'm gonna have to stick with my 05 for another season before I upgrade.

Are you looking for a new R6? because if you are not, i would say go for the ducati hands down! PM me later, because I know I will be getting another bike after thanksgiving...(which I am hoping is going to be ducati). I know its most unlikely, but sometime the weather might be really nice, and I will let you have a test ride of the bike (if i have it), so it might help you make decisions

...not another one of these haha. pick what you like and what you can afford. your comparing apples and oranges there with those two bikes haha (twin vs inline, pricey vs standard). its one thing to be able to buy a duc and another thing to maintain it, but im sure you know that heh heh.

Thanks Hwang, its crazy how plans can change so fast, Let me know if you ever need help with your bike. I know its hard to find anyone on campus who owns a sportbike and isn't an idiot at the same time.

yeah but I'm really worried more about not bashing up my stock fairings like I did w/ my RR. I learned my lesson to pull those things off before I hit the track. Saves big $$$ in the long run. BTW hows its been going my west coast rival? haha

what are you going to do with this years track bike?

Never argue with stupid people. They will drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience
Don't argue with an idiot; people watching may not be able to tell the difference.

Haha good.. I've been riding street latley with the new 2ct's. The asphalt here doesn't dry all the way, so the wet benifits of the 2ct's come in handy. I'll be going to Chile again so I might not be able to hit the track till after the new year.. Possible trackday Dec 5th a B-wizzle though. My buddies want me to ride Laguna w/ Kegwins too (in Dec).

Stay in the Honda club man! I use my street bodywork at the track and just try not to crash it. I have race glass that I plan on painting and using next year. I wish I could afford two bikes. I'd buy the 07 for the street and race my 03. 07 600rr will be the bike to have next year. Parts will be available before the bike even hits the show floors. Hotbodies prolly has the 07 in their shop for measurements right now!
