It really depends... from my experience:
UPS is the sh!t in Utah, FedEx was the sh!t in Idaho, DHL blows in both states, and USPS is convenient when I'm sending stuff out (i've got a post office a block away with one of those self serve weight things open 24/7... handy)

UPS since I like their tracking system. But USPS priority mail seems a lot faster.

USPS because it's the cheapest, and I've never had a problem with them. That includes over nighted stuff, and regular parcel post shipping. The others have better customer service, which is better for organizations I think, not a guy like me who just has something to send every now and then that I sold on ebay.

get alot of damaged stuff with UPS. use DHL and have almost none. most DHL is owner operator so thier is more insentive to handle packages better IMO
