Talking 2007 GSXR 600 Blk. Track or Street

For sale I have a 2007 GSXR 600. Black with matte black bodywork (stock) in Absolutely mint condition. This bike has been freakishly maintained. Oil has been changed every 2500 miles with full synthetic oil. The bike went down once last year at 15 mph but all parts what were damaged were replaced with new. The bike is a real gem and gets compliments on it all the time. Waxed after every ride....there is probably over $200 in wax on this bike alone. This is the 4th sport bike I have owned so it is not my "first time around the block". I can't stress enough how well this bike was taken care of.
The reason I am selling is due to dental school coming up and I'm not going to have the time to ride the bike. I see no need for it to sit around and just collect dust.

Title is CLEAR!
$6200 OBO

Mods (nearly $2000)
-Spiegler Steel lines (front)
-Quick turn throttle
-woodcraft clip ons
-Renthal grips
-Red Wheel stripes
-Akrapovic shorty exhaust (a little damaged from a 15 mph goof but still functions fine and sounds WICKED!) I will also include the stock exhaust with the bike which is mint.
-Stomp Grip and Progrip tank guard
-1 front sprocket
-speedohealer
-dark smoke double bubble windscreen
-8000K HID headlight
-Smoked signals and taillight (visibility is hardly effected)
-Woodcraft spools
-Woodcraft frame sliders
-Pirelli Supercorsa Pro tires on the bike. These tires alone cost me $475 a set! These are Pirelli's top of the line performance sportbike tire. There is less than 200 miles on them.
Bike has 7600 miles on it.

I will also sell the bike for $5500 if it is in track trim (With race skins on it) or at $6500 with everything included.

I have a set of Woodcraft case covers installed on the bike right now. I'll throw in both Woodcraft case covers for an extra $200 if you buy the bike also. Otherwise they are not included. (This set new is $400)

Oil changed 2 miles ago (just rode it to make sure it was good).
Brakes flushed last week and Motul 600 race fluid was put into the system.
Brand new brake pads used for 1 day.

KBB is $6500.....
