In the pictures you are missing the lower fairings under the bike, can you tell me why?

Also, granted KBB is not the know all for bike prices but they put Good Condition 03 600RR at $3600 with 16k miles.

Any way you can justify asking for $4600? Mods? Extras?

I'm interested in the bike but not willing to pay anywhere near that much. I recently picked up an 06 1000RR for $3300.

Also the bike has been down on it's right side which would explain the "new" white fairings. I'm interested in the bike but would need you to be more honest about the condition of the bike.

not much of an 03 really. has 05-06 forks and bodywork on it. I do think the asking price is a bit much, but considering what's currently on it, the price isn't too bad. I think $4200 would probably be a better asking price. that and the fact it's missing a lower mid fairing piece. anyways, good luck with the sale.

Interesting! You guys are right. Looking up a picture of a 2003 CBR, it does have different forks. Perhaps a typo on the part of the Thread-starter ...

Would make the price a bit more reasonable if so.

yep. i have a 04 thats why i can see the difference. honestly though, i dont think the price is that bad. hear in cleveland area the season is just starting and the prices shoot up alot about this time. but about a month ago you could get it for about 3000 here.

im a craigslist whore and search all the time just to see what other people got

Haha, I troll CL every day as well looking for a deal, :D

I hope the thread-starter comes back. I'm local and am interested in the bike as long as I get all my questions answered honestly.

wow kind of careless of me not to check my own thread been having internet trouble for a while so I can't get on too much. To answer some of your questions the price is my ideal price but Im pretty flexible so shoot me an offer. Bike was dropped by the guy I bought it from and I fixed up the bike with new fairings. I never dropped it and lower fairings are missing because I don't want to bother trying to fit those on. I will give them to the buyer for free but the holes need to be drilled and some tabs need sanding. Bike is an 03 with 05 conversion. Had the bike for 2 years with no trouble what's so ever. the bike is pretty stock I mainly used it to ride to work which is like 2 miles away but saved me a grip of time cause I have work during mad traffic. Sorry again for replying late but ill try to get on more often. Try emailing because my phone let me know when I get emails. Just shoot me an offer or questions and ill try to get back to you as fast as I can. Thanks again for the guy who texted me
