FS: Custom 2009 CBR600RR pearl white 8500obo

I've got an 09 cbr600rr that is my baby!! she's always been garage kept and taken care of with a lot of love! oil changed with regular oil the first 3 times and then switched over to synthetic. there are over 3K worth of modifications that have been done to this bike, hence the higher price so i will list those now for you.
Hyperflo dual carbon fiber exhaust
6000K HID projector headlights:
Green CCFL halo's surrounding the projectors
Audi LED's inside headlights
inline switches for all lighting
Smoked flush side blinkers
gauge cluster LED's switched to green
Driven black rearsets with sliders
Driven green handlebars with bar ends
ASV shorty black levers on both sides
Carbon fiber parts:
Front fender
Front upper cowl
Chain guard
Rear tire hugger
Knee panels
exhaust shield
small fairing inserts
Pearl white paint job
Honda Racing carbon fiber pad kit
Smoked windscreen
New tires a couple thousand ago:
Pirelli Angel's
Those are the mods that i was able to think of and pretty sure all of them, so you see that a lot of dedication went into this bike. the reason for some of them is bc she went down at a very low speed and simply scratched the fairings and bent the rearset on the left side, so i figure to why not change the bike around all together! there are 13,000 miles on her, as i lived 40 miles from school research in tampa and 22 miles from my job....so you can see mostly highway miles!
I'm located in St. Petersburg, Florida!

Bike looks nice but I am in the same situation as you, I am considering selling mine but will never get what I put into it out of it. The only way to come closer is to part it out if you still have your stock items.

Def GLWS and just wanted to help you out as well.

Granted my bike is only semi custom. But it's got 1,500 miles on it. I really only expect to see 7,500 for it if i'm lucking. It's a decal stripped pheonix edition with a twin brothers exhaust. Just saying.

Honestly with the mileage probably no more than $6000. Just because you put a lot into it doesnt mean you will get any back out. There are very few mods that can actually increase the value of a bike. Thats why I am parting all the aftermarket off my bike before I sell it.

Not to be a prick but I'm not seeing anything on it to make it worth that much. If it was my bike I'd list it at $7000 and hope to get $6500 from it.

Let's see you get carbon parts for cheap and also those rearsets and exhaust and a custom paint job all for under 3 grand.... :) not saying ur opinion is wrong but to state there is nothing on it worth anything is "being a prick"

This is part of the hobby that we enjoy, whether its motorcycles or cars. Only thing I can imagine price going up after you upgrade it is a house.
