2008 Yamaha WR250X

For sale:

2008 Yamaha WR250X. This bike has been well taken care of. Oil changed with Amsoil full synthetic every 1k miles.

Very low maintenance (26k mile first valve check), 70 mpg.

3796 miles

Comes with Renthal bars and grips, and under bar mounted mirror.

Clear title in hand. Bike is located in Tallahassee, FL

This bike is a ton of fun and super cheap to own and maintain. Would make a great commuter or just a bike to mess around on.

What's the top speed on these? Are they feasible at all at say 70mph for any length of time?

I was going to ask the same thing! How are they for freeway riding? Was that 70mpg freeway or street? These bikes look really fun!

I think it tops out around 90. It does cruise at 70 pretty well, but it is definitely more of a mess around town kind of bike.

I average 60-65 mpg but have gotten over 70 before.

This bike is probably more fun than any sportbike I've had, it is just so light and you feel like you can do anything with it.

man guys these are awesome bikes.... i have a 2010, and they are a blast. 70mph is very attainable on the highway. and depending on the gearing the top speed is well over 80mph... which is good enough for highway riding around here...

someone should jump on this great priced bike!
