2008 Orange and Black CBR 600 for sale

Unfortunately I have to sell my bike. I need the money and I do not ride anymore. Bike has never been dropped or wrecked in any way. Excellent condition with many upgrades and custom mods. I have listed an eBay link below that has a ton of info and several pictures.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Uniqu...orcev4exp=true

For sale is a 2008 Pearl Orange CBR 600. I am the original owner. Has never been dropped. It's never seen a track and has been strictly rode on the street. Bike is in excellent condition and has around 12,500 miles on it. The majority of these miles are highway-commuting miles. I never really rode this bike hard as I used more to commute than anything. Reason for selling is I do not have the time to ride anymore. This past year I blacked out all of the silver pieces that came stock on the bike. These are mentioned in the aftermarket/custom parts. All parts that were originally silver were painted a flat black

The bike has several custom parts on it, including:

Yoshimura RS5 Slip On Exhaust with Carbon Fiber End Cap, Also Comes with Silencer- Exhaust is custom painted flat black to go with the rest of the blacked out theme.
Painted Black Mid Fairings, Subframe, Undertail
Tripage Orange Knight Rider
Tripage Powdercoated Rearsets and Passenger Pegs with Amber LED Turn Signals
Tripage LED tire hugger (to light the plate)
DDM 10,000K HID's
LED Underglow Kit- Several colors and modes, comes with remote.
CBRHeavenUSA Integrated Smoked Taillight
Hotbodies Front Flushmount Turn Signals
Progrip Carbon Fiber Tank Pad
Carbon Fiber Gas Lid Sticker
DIY Red LED's in the headlights (one is burnt out, cheap fix) and in the intake.
Custom Switch Panel (One for low beam headlight, one for Knight Rider, one for LED's in headlights, one for underglow kit, and one for the tire hugger)
The2Wheels Shorty Black Levers (Has orange adjusters but have faded some over time)
Black Bolt Kit
Tinted Black Windscreen
Aftermarket Key
and more..

Bike won *******.com's June 2012 Bike of the Month

The bike has always been kept up with maintenance wise. Oil has always been changed on schedule etc. Back tire has about another 3000 miles on it and the front tire has about 2-3000 left on it also.

The switches are located on the left side of the bike near the steering column (See pictures). They are hidden and are not visible at all. They do all have a LED light on them that light up when they are turned on. I put the low beam on a switch to protect the battery some as HID's draw a little more power on startup than the stock lights.

This is a one of a kind bike that you will not find anywhere else. I have only seen two like this stock in the four years I have owned it. With the blacked out silver parts you will not find one like this anywhere. There is probably over 1500 in parts and accessories on this bike and hundreds of hours working on it. I have taken care of this bike, almost too much. Always kept inside and most of the time it has had a cover on it. Always washed after riding. Bike is very fast and sounds good.

Bike also comes with a front and rear stand.

Contact me with any questions.
Thanks.

Clean bike but grossly overpriced by $3k.

For $9k I can get brand spanking new 2012 model with a $1k left over for gear.

Do you just post on everyone's thread about how bad the price is? Saw what you posted on someone else's. I have a pile of money and time into this thing. Take your negative comments elsewhere.

I bought this same bike for $5000 with 9000 miles. This is an amazing bike with all the aftermarket and such, you're going to struggle getting that much for it.
I think people would rather pay considerably less and put their own mods. Good luck though and great bike.

Part out the aftermakets and sell the bike stock. You would get close to your asking price. People love modding their own bike, it's a part of riding.

People mistaken our hobby of modifying. Some think because you modify something the value goes up, when it actually lowers the value. Not bashing on you, just a statement. But clean bike and good luck with your sale. Maybe consider parting it out, I'm sure you will get close to your asking price if not more.
