I bought this bike wrecked last year and have been building it back up into a track bike I planned to track/race, but my priorities have changed and I'm going to have to let someone else take over this project. Track days are well out of my budget right now, so I'm getting rid of the bike and all the extra parts I have to go with it as a package for someone who wants to get into the sport.
The bike: 2007 CBR600RR with a "Parts Title" only, so it cannot be registered for street use. I had the frame checked and straightened by Dr. John's Frame Straightening in Anaheim (they do a lot of team race bikes and have been in the business for decades.) The bike has an Akrapovic slip-on exhaust, but other than that its pretty much stock. The bike will come with a complete set of Optimal brand race fairings with a Puig windscreen and Stomp Grip tank pads. It also has a Tripage race upper fairing stay and Renthal clip-ons that aren't installed yet.
Extras: The bike will come with all the extra 07 CBR parts I have (I parted out another one, so I have quite a few.) There are two large plastic bins full of parts for the bike, including an extra swing arm, rear shock, wiring harness, fork, front brake calipers, and a lot more. Everything is functional, and you can keep it as spares or sell it on eBay and make hundreds of dollars off it, I don't care. I'm just too busy to mess with it anymore.
I also have a handful of fairings for the bike, including one lower, one mid, and a tail section (all are black.) Everything will go with the bike. I'll also add a Pirelli Supercorsa SC2 front tire that was taken off a Ducati Panigale, used for a few exhibition laps (I'm running another set of these tires on my R1 and they are amazing tires) so you'll only need a rear to get started. Pit Bull stands are NOT included.
Missing: In order to be a complete track bike, the bike will need rear sets, a new rear tire, and a few minor fixes here and there that are all very simple. As project bikes go this is probably the easiest one you will ever find.
I write for the motorcycle industry, can be found on multiple motorcycle forums, and have a good reputation to uphold, so there's no scamming whatsoever going on here. Just a good deal on a perfect track bike with tons of extra parts, if you're willing to put a little work into finishing it up.
NOTE: PLEASE DON'T CONTACT ME ABOUT INDIVIDUAL PARTS. MY PART-OUT IS OVER, ALL THIS WILL GO TO THE NEW OWNER OF THE BIKE!
