Question ddmtuning.com - anybody ever order from em?

Hey everyone,

Just ordered a DDM HID kit from these guys last thursday. Anybody else ever try em out before? I haven't gotten an order confirmation beyond the final webpage they show after you finish checking out. No emails, nothin.

Sadly for me, they also reduced the price by $20 a few days after I put in my order. I'm hoping the guys there were too busy updating the site for the sale and will automatically credit me the difference back, but we'll see. I tried emailing em but haven't gotten much of a response yet.

It's still too early to really pass judgement though so we'll see.

I also went with DDMTuning.com; I ordered the kit on 12/21/08 and still nothing when it comes to a tracking # or any info when it will be shipped out. I emailed them and they said. "an email will be sent when the item is shipped out". Well I would like to know when.

Well i ordered mine on the 4th of december and recieve the kit about a week and a half ago around the 21st i think. When it ships you will recieve an email with PDF document attached which is another reciept and i believe contains your shipping info. These guys are swamped because of their prices, give it time.

I just got an email from DDMTuning. And they let me know that they are backed up. I am an understanding person, I'm just glad that they let me know what's up. Can't wait to get them!

The kit came in about a month later from the date I ordered. I have to say that the kit is nice, and I would recommend this kit to everyone. I will be getting a kit for myself shortly.

Note: Got the 4500K H4 hi/lo for my friends Yamaha R1

Maybe so, but your prices are much higher. Example: 4500K H7 Kit Your Price: $114.00 Shipped + $25.00 Lifetime Warranty Total Cost: $139.00. DDMTuning.com Price: $78.85 Shipped Lifetime Warranty Included a total savings of $60.15. Correct me if I'm wrong, but most of us like to save some $.$$ for a bad day!

Everything is included in their kits. Hopefully this answered your question. Just pick the kit that you want and then just place the order. For the our Honda's here is the kit: DUAL HID KIT - "This is the same as our highly regarded automobile systems. Order this system if you want to upgrade a 2 headlamp system (Low and High beams) and/or both bulbs are the same type (H1, H7, etc) and you want both bulbs to be the same color."
Sale price: $64.95
