Now I have a defective ballast, this is unbelieveable or actually believable. I reckon the manufacture build quality is getting poorer. The bulbs I received aren't the greatest type built and will probably fail later down the road, I guess only time will tell. Obviously I can't tell about the ballast but do you think its a coincidence that I had a defective bulb at first and then later a defective ballast? I think not. I also had an d2s adapter not correctly work but I had to align the contact points myself which still shouldn't be like that from factory.
But honestly Olivier needs to pick up the pace on replying to clients/customers. Its not correct for a client to wait weeks for a response, they should be responded in a timely fashion.
Anywho I now have another issue with the product, so I've sent Olivier requesting the workorder to send back the defective item, so hopefully he will respond soon. I hope I don't develop an issue with Olivier about his customer service, as in the past it has only been product issues. Will keep this thread updated and others I've posted on other forums. Honestly, I would recommend others not to currently buy the ddm ballast kits as the ones I've been recieving are poor, manufacture is having build issues, i tell ya.
