WWW.XENONEXPERT aka Olivier

Hey all,

I want to warn others for the time being not to order from this company or this individual.

I have been dealing with him for quiet some time now with ok results, up until recently. I received a bad batch of bulbs (DEFECTIVE) and its been several weeks later with tons of emails and no response.

I dont want to see or hear of others in the same situation hence why its up. I also hate doing this on part about the vendor but everyone should be informed.

I will keep this thread updated.

regards
Ben

I aways keep alll my emails and responses from all my transaction and take lots of pictures and videos as well. Hopefully I don't need to publish them on all the forums this supplier is on.

they are still around if im correct, they just always take forever to ship out the taillights. But if you want long enough they are worth it.

As explained to Ben, we were hit by that freezing rain storm on the est coast some of you might have heard about 2 weeks ago. Caused a lot of problems with power failures etc..

All questions and emails from Ben have been answered.

We don't sell taillights for bikes so you must confuse us with another vendor...

DDM/Apexcone has companies like us in different markets. We represent them here and that's why we pay our vendors and ad fees here. They are not.

Oliver, I have sent numerous emails to you with no response concerning the DDM h7 kit that I bought from you a few weeks ago. I hooked up the kit and it did not light. After checking all of the connections, I removed everything and one of the bulbs was cracked. I want to exchange my 6k kit for a 5k kit and even offered to pay for the price of a new bulb, since I don't know if it was like that when I received or after installation. Please respond so I can exchange my kit for a working DDM 5k kit.

Now I have a defective ballast, this is unbelieveable or actually believable. I reckon the manufacture build quality is getting poorer. The bulbs I received aren't the greatest type built and will probably fail later down the road, I guess only time will tell. Obviously I can't tell about the ballast but do you think its a coincidence that I had a defective bulb at first and then later a defective ballast? I think not. I also had an d2s adapter not correctly work but I had to align the contact points myself which still shouldn't be like that from factory.

But honestly Olivier needs to pick up the pace on replying to clients/customers. Its not correct for a client to wait weeks for a response, they should be responded in a timely fashion.

Anywho I now have another issue with the product, so I've sent Olivier requesting the workorder to send back the defective item, so hopefully he will respond soon. I hope I don't develop an issue with Olivier about his customer service, as in the past it has only been product issues. Will keep this thread updated and others I've posted on other forums. Honestly, I would recommend others not to currently buy the ddm ballast kits as the ones I've been recieving are poor, manufacture is having build issues, i tell ya.

peace.

The beginning of the year was rough for a member of my family where I had to be there a lot and had less time to spend on the forums. Although I know this is not a reason to be insensitive to customers, I’m sure you understand that family comes first.

So we focused on getting orders out. And being selling HID for 8 years now, we have a lot of them each day. We also improved our warehouse to ship even faster than before. We ship within 48 hours of the order. All new DDM kits order that will need warranty in the future will be done apart from DDM since they are slow and take forever replacing parts.

PM and emails have been replied to.

On a side note, for a little more than the DDM kit, you should go with a Volt HID kit for OEM reliability. It uses Japanese parts only while DDM uses Chinese parts. The VOLT is simply a much better kit

http://www.xenonexpert.com/volt_hid_sale.html

Hope this helps clarify things,

Thanks,

Oliver
