All my transactions w/ STG thus far (at least 4 and counting) have been super easy and quick. Both on the phone and on the internet. I've always had the product either ship the same day or the next day afterwards.
So if something is still in a pending status, call them. It certainly is unusual. Perhaps it is a software glitch, or an error on the part of their credit card processing company, or an error w/ your bank.
The boys (and girls) at STG will take care of you. They've ALWAYS taken care of me. (This includes purchases and returns). I have a customer service background in the past, and I recognize it immediately. As a result, I'm very loyal to companies that take care of me. If the boys in sales can't assist you if they are busy, someone in the firm will, whether they are in the warehouse/shipping, or if they are in the reception area. They never told me this. This is just from my interactions w/ their team on the phone. Which reminds me, I need to thank everyone there...
