Very good vendor experience

Got my delivery right on time to my hotel in New York while on vacation there.

Great communications all the way.

Highly recommended.

Just have to mount the ěhlins stuff now.

+1

Not only that he communicates in a very personable way instead of like a robot like some companies.

I have bought a few things from them and they have great customer service. We worked out some shipping details because I was moving and had a P.O. Box so the shipping could have been a problem. We worked it all out, I got my stuff very quickly, and will order from them again in the future.

.

Thank you all for the great comments and feedback.

We try realy hard to take extra good care of our customers.

Everyone sells parts for cheap these days. It's the nature of a poor economy.

All that is left, is Keeping products, IN STOCK, and Customer Service.
Especially these days when customer service is the major factor that separates us from some our competitors.
