I recently posted a review on Motorcycle superstore (terribad worst service ever) so it feels awesome when I can post another stellar review about Ogio!
First off... I bought an Ogio Squadron RSS 2 bag just for the purpose of work. I have to carry at least 1 sometimes several laptops, shoes, ipad, and various other devices with me. This bag is AWESOME!!! tons of room, comfy, I can use it for anything, high quality construction, and all around exactly what I wanted when I was bag shopping.
Now... no matter how good a bag is made... My Husky will have no problem shredding it to bits.... So after an entire strap was OM NOMed off the bag I thought "hell ill shoot ogio an email just to see if they can fix it or replace it for some kinda special deal"
I sent an email to their service email and WOW was I surprised!
I recieved an actual email back from a person (within 24 hours!) not some automated crap. My email said something along the lines of "My dog ate my bag... It has been an awesome bag and im guessing its not covered under the waranty but I heard good things about your customer service so I just wondered if there was anything you could do?"
the response back was: "unfortinately we do not cover accidental or "Dog" damage. Glad to hear that you like the bag though... I can offer you 50% off any bag from our store if you would like to order another one. Please let me know and we can go from there"
Less then 2 days later and about 3 emails back and forth I had a new order placed for the exact same bag I already had. Easy as could be. Great replies, awesome service! I highy recomend anyone looking into any bag for their bike to consider ogio. I told the rep he was awesome and said I would post a stellar review.... so here ya go!
2 thumbs way up for Ogio! :) I love to see companies who care about their customers and work to keep them. It really seperates them from the rest. I will be a permenant customer to these guys.
