Tripage Purchase

I purchased the Tripage IT and adjustable tag bracket. I was happy to realize I was dealing with a respectable individual. I appreciated the fact that Tripage accepts international credit cards. I also like the fact that I have received an answer to all my questions so far, they might not seem to be the most friendly of responses but the content is really what matters and Tripage delivers.

The only thing is, USPS is notorious for their poor delivery, even the national post office here concurs. I personally didn't have trouble with them yet but if at a time a customer can't seem to locate his package only Tripage/the sender can launch an inquiry, and that should always be an option that the customer should be able to exercise by requesting the vendor launch such an inquiry.

All in all, thanks for a great looking product Tripage, and time will tell about how sturdy and reliable it is; for both of our (customer/vendor) sakes I hope it will be a very very long time.

Recommended Vendor.

Tristan is great to deal with and has great products, have both his IT and FE, also have the brake light relay (flashes the brake light) for 3 sec then goes solid. Rad USPS imo sucks, i had sent him my Rearsets last year to be PC'd, anyways as i was checking on the usps site it said something like no such address for him?? i called usps but didnt get much of an answer, long story short T had pm'd me saying all was good and that he picked them up, so....

Thanks for the feedback Rad Rage...

In regards to USPS. They are cheaper than any other provider and the package gets to people in almost all cases. Your package was insured so that is why I wasn't worried. I have had packages just disappear over the years. I have inquired in the past about packages and the result is always the same. You have a tracking number, that is the last place it was scanned and that is where it should be. USPS is the worst at tracking but has the best prices and dealing with International orders usps is the best route to go for you and I. Sorry, there isn't anything else to say with this. I get the same run around from them as you do and I spend a LARGE amount of money with them shipping yearly but it doesn't matter. I am glad you got your package, If you want to let me know the day you got it I can go over the days and see how long it took and send in a inquiry about the delay and see what they say. 7-10 business days is the time frame they give but it's not guaranteed like UPS, but this also has to pass through your customs. Shipping anything with led's/wires is bound to be inspected. They probably had no idea what the light was so took a look to see if it was anything dangerous.

I also want to thank you for being the first customer of ours in Kuwait.

I have a map of the world in my office with push pins for every order shipped out of the country. I know it's weird but I want to see how far we can spread!!!

Word of mouth is everything to us. We rely on the forums/members and the riders to spread the word for us. I hope our products speak for themselves and you can help spread the word about us when people ask. Thanks. T

All in all, I was happy with the transaction and understand that delays are not your fault at all. I just thought that if the package was to be lost somewhere they would have us run in circles to get indemnified for the package. Thanks, but no need for the inquiry at this point, spend your time making some more ITs instead. I know I seem quite worrisome, but it is a common thing when you get stuff shipped half way around the world; nontheless, I am still happy with the product and the experience as a whole.

It is riding season here in Kuwait, so I am bound to be asked about my cool taillight especially when CBR600RRs are common here. The answer will always be 'if ITs are the game, Tripage is the name' you can count on me recommending you everytime.
