Exclamation Factory-Kiss

I ordered from this site a month go ( www.factory-kiss.com )

after 2 weeks i recieved tracking info, but now 3 weeks after that, the shipment has not moved locations.

has anyone else done business with this company, and how long did it take to get to you?

I tried using the " live chat" feature on the site but seems like they are always offline
So i tried emailing the email they give you [email protected] and that email comes back as failure to send.
Finally i used the " write to us " option on the bottom of there website, the message goes thru but as of now i didnt receive any responce.

PLEASE chime in and let me know about this CHINA COMPANY

So how much money did you save by ordering crap from a crap company?

Was it worth it?

Dispute your charges, get your money back and buy from reputable retailers. There is a reason STG, Tripage and Motomummy are spoken about so highly around here.

Not just here, Motomummy and STG are talked about highly on just about every single motorcycle forum around. Now you know why.

Thanks for contributing 0% to a decent reply to the post.

IN YOUR OPINION, i guess i wasted 47$ on a seat cowl, BUT AFTER I DID MY LOOKING, people who actually ordered them knock-off vs OEM, MOST people said they felt they got ripped of buying the OEM and the knock off, aside from mis match paint, is well worth the money..

I MYSELF dont mind the mis match color, so as long is a recieve my item, im happy... just trying to figure out how much longer shipping will take!

I have heard horror stories of the time it takes to get parts from china. 4+ weeks. Its all how long it takes to get through customs.

When you order cheap parts air mail is too expensive so they ship it on a boat. That boat may stop at different ports along the way and you won't receive any updates between china and us soil. Patience is the name of the game.

It's only a matter of time hopefully when you get the goods they will fit good and look good to satisfy the wait

While I have no experience with this company I assume that they send it via water and not air. That's the only reason I could think it would take that long.

I guess I wouldn't expect anything better from a company that also sells "car monitors" and iPhone covers.

Why wouldn't you care about the mismatched paint? Not that I sell seat cowls (or iPad cases) but if I were spending my money on a painted piece of bodywork I would put the paint quality pretty high on the priority list.

I would rather pay more for something that matches than get a good deal on something that doesn't match and probably doesn't fit as well either.

Checked out the site a little bit, not the biggest selection in the world but Iguess if you are looking to save a little money and dont mind waiting for ever from what it sounds like from previous post I guess going with them wouldnt be to bad. I personaly would spend the extra couple bucks to have something that got here before I aged another year and was a little better quality but thats just my $.02

Unless life also hands you sugar and water your lemonade is going to suck

lol understood.. but maybe i should clerify that it wasnt THAT long, im just used to getting my items within a week, or under two weeks for sure!
This was Ordered on DEC 19. and showed up on my doorstep JAN 24..

and i knew it would take longer then norm. i was just getting nervous when the company itself was not returning any messages.
but thats why i order it when its snowboard season and my bikes in my laundry room!

Sooo .. Fu*kk!

I finally recieved my product and my damn luck ITS CHIPPED!

i found the pieces that fell off and super glued them back in place. gonna reinforce that and spray paint it for now. FML

This was one of the parts i was gona get repainted at my local body shop, but now with the chip, im sure they will want to bondo that b4 they paint it.

I disputed the transaction on PAYPAL, i wanted at least half my money back for that, im not going thru the trouble of shipping anything thru china customs again.

bottom line.. wwww.factory-kiss.com

Use plastic weld... they sell it at auto zone and works great... I fixed my cracked tail section and repainted it and you can't even tell there was a crack there and its solid

Other than the crack, how was it? How close is the color match? I ordered one from them before I found this thread, have not got it yet. I ordered the same blue as in you pic.

i rattled mine black. its alot better cant see the cracks or repairs..

the blue is slightly off but it was enought for me to spray it cause when the cowls on and it just doesnt match the rear..

i also took off the rubber piece cause it was held on poorly with no adhesive..

i was gonna wrap it in CF vinyl but the curves are too much for that to not bubble and wrinkle.

paint it black.. it looks good
but dont waste any more money at FACTORY KISS SHITT
