MotorcycleGiant - My experience

Alright so motorcyclegiant is a motorcycle gear vendor i found off google. They're conveniently located in California which just happens to be in the same state i reside in. At the time i was looking for a helmet and needed it quick so I decided to give em a call.
This guy named Bryan picked up and he was pretty cool. I asked him if the helmet i was looking for was available and he said yeah. So i began filling out the application and i told him how i would need it within 3 days as i'm about to go riding with some buddies and that i really wanted to show them my new lid. He said "yeah definately".
So... i get the helmet within 4 days. When i finally get my helmet, it turns out the guy who placed my order put me down for a motocross helmet when i clearly ordered the street one. ( i know this because i gave him the part number and even matched the prices)
So i call them up and they tell me that they will provide a shipping label for me so that i may return their item. They were supposed to email me the shipping label that night. Well it didnt turn up and i waited 3 more days before i gave them another call. This time a guy named David picked up and asked me what the situation was. I filled him on the details and he promised me that i would be emailed a shipping label that afternoon around 5. It didnt turn up again and i gave it another 3 days before i called back. David picks up this time and tells me that he'll check up on it and give me a call back.
So by this time i'm pretty irritated already. So 2 hours into the wait, i give them a call cause obviously David wasnt going to call me. It wasnt until i was yelling did i really get through to them that i demanded a shipping label so i could make a run to ship an item which they wrongfully put me down for.
Anyways, sorry for the rant but this vendor was just irritating. They still havent given me my money back yet as i returned their item already and all this just seems ridiculous as im trying to correct the mistake they made.
Anyone else have any experiences with this vendor before? good or bad lets hear it.
