I had a problem with my tail light last week and called then thursday night @ 530 about it.. 1pm today (monday) Fed-ex was at my door with my new tail light. Signed and delivered, no charges, speedy customer service.. 4 thumbs up in my books.. Thanks CA!!

If you don't mind me asking, what was wrong with the tail light?..I was a few seconds away from purchasing one.

Agreed.

Ordered my integrated Sunday night.

Was delivered Wed morning. Installation to come when the weather warms up enough to be in the garage.

I havent had any customer service issues with them, so I can't comment on that.

I picked up an integrated taillight from them, and even though it had an OEM style connector, it was just that, an OEM STYLE connector.

It did not plug right into the bike harness ( the plug was slightly off centered and would not fit), so I ended up cutting off the plug from the OEM taillight, removing the CA plug, and re-soldering the OEM plug onto the CA tail.

The tail DOES look great and works great too though.

Maybe it was just my particular item.
